It is very high quality and is hydrolyzed meaning even better absorption. This protein is ideal either first thing in the morning or immediately following a workout.\u003cbr\u003e I was given 2 samples by ON to try and here is my review of it.\u003cbr\u003e Taste: 6\/10\u003cbr\u003e I tried my first sample mixed into my PW work with some carbs. Then my 2nd samples I mixed into my oatmeal the following day for breakfast.\u003cbr\u003e Both times I was disappointed in the taste. The first thing I noticed was that it was very bland. It wasn't nearly as delicious as some other Cookies \u0026amp; Cream protein powders I've used. I feel ON Cookies \u0026amp; Cream Casein is AlOT better.\u003cbr\u003e Secondly it didn't really taste much like Cookies \u0026amp; Cream and had a strange aftertaste.\u003cbr\u003e It wasn't bad to drink but certainly wasn't anything special either.\u003cbr\u003e Mix-ability 10\/10\u003cbr\u003e No problems here whatsoever. Mixes great without clumping or not dissolving properly.\u003cbr\u003e I know the protein itself is high quality and all but I wish the taste was better.
