Like Other One Better

It is more tedious to use than another one I have. Requires more to get it operating. Would have returned the second one I had ordered but found out the return policy was in just a couple days. By the time, I had contacted the company concerning the operation of first diffuser, it was too late to return the other one. Won't be ordering from this company anymore.
