we read about sage oil or extract in a book about alzheimer's prevention. this seemed like the best product, when we found it online; Dr. Mehmet Oz' recommendation was a plus. It seems to be helping. Like most herbal supplements, the effect is gentle, gradual, and cumulative; the longer my husband takes it consistently, the more benefit seems apparent.
