Obviously with any naturally flavored product this isn't going to be as flavorful as what your used to, chemicals apparently taste pretty good, this one is a bit earthy, slightly sweet and has a bit of an earthy flavor but its not bad or overpowering, if you've ever taken a greens supplement you'll be fine with this. The energy boost isn't going to be as stimulant like as the other preworkouts mentioned above, however it does give me a nice boost and for me translates into body energy more so than just that stimmed out feeling behind your eyes.
