MHP Up Your Mass XXXL is a fully loaded mass gainers for all the hard gainers out there as well as the guys who struggle gaining an appetite big enough to match their ideal physique. Up Your Mass features 50 grams of sustained release protein along with 11 grams of BCAAs, 23 grams of EAAs and 1350 calories.
While Mass Gainers do contain a lot of calories, typically anywhere from 500 calories to as much as 1500 calories, they are designed for hard gainers ie men and women who struggle to put on weight to help them gain weight and muscle mass, or to put on size. So long as you're eating clean outside of your mass gainer and training hard in the gym you should not get fat taking a mass gainer.
