great supp

This is a very decent supplement. One thing about this supplement that is cool is that it is literally just an enhancer for your brain. You hear about people taking adderall and other drugs like that in order to pass tests or focus really well, but this stuff does the same thing only to a much lesser degree. One thing that I do not like about this is that it is from a brand that really does not sell many other products, so it is hard to know how trustworthy the brand itself is.

great for cognitive function and better bioavailable source

There are a lot of choline products out there and I think this one is the second best choline product out there. Alpha GPC would be the best one and this one the second one. You should try using both for a greater synergistic effect that helps with mind to body connection and more clear focus. In some studies I have read that they are capable of activating the fast twitch muscles faster. I think that statement is accurate cause while I was using this product I felt more control with my muscle cotractions and was able to break some plateaus. Ialso have to have a better memory capacity while using this product, the ony bad thing its a little pricey.
