a lot of pro biotics

This supplement is great. It is made by Garden of Life, which is a really great supplement brand. They make products that are natural and usually GMO free and organic. This particular supplement is 70% organic, which is not 100% but is better than nothing. It really helps with overall health, especially digestive health. As far as gas goes, this can really help cut it down to where your gas is not so bad. It basically cleans out the digestive tract.
