healthy supplement

Garden of Life Dr. Formulated Probiotics fitbiotic is a great probiotic supplement. One thing that I would say about this supplement is that you cannot use it for an extended period of time. I suppose you could, but it is best to take a few months off and let your body do its natural thing instead of always taking additional supplements such as this one. It can really help with digestion and help aid in weight loss, and I recommend this to anyone.
