As a dietary supplement, take one (1) to two (2) scoop (s) with 8-12 ounces of water, thirty (30) minutes prior to training. We recommend one (1) scoop for beginner to intermediate users and two (2) scoops for advanced users only. DO NOT EXCEED THE RECOMMENDED DOSAGE IN A 24-HOUR PERIOD.

Pretty good energy. Doesn't really kick in or hit hard but does give stamina & focus. Easily gets me through 1.5 hour workout. The DMHA is strong & really leaves me feeling weird after though. Flavor is great but that doesn't really matter.
Who would you recommend this product to?Anyone who likes how DMHA feels.
This one has become a new favorite here around the office. While I'm a huge Convict fan, if you like to mix things up try the new Mesomorph, very similar formula to Convict.
