Definitely mix it in a drink!

I'm not sure how I feel about this product. My fianc̩ convinced me to get this because he told me that your body absorbs liquid vitamins better than pills. I was totally on board until I took my first dose straight from the bottle. BAD IDEA. It doesn't taste that great. I would definitely recommend putting this in a smoothie or other kind of drink. I think drinking it straight kind of ruined it for me. However, the bottle is definitely a decent size for the money.
