Great Supplement

This supplement is a great way to add in very healthy omega fatty acids into your diet. This product comes in a powder form which enables you to add it to shake or even into recipes without changing the flavor very much. There are many benefits to flax products, they help to lower cholesterol and promote healthy digestion and also fat loss. For those of you looking for these benefits this product makes it easy.

Very good product

This is a very good product. The taste is pretty good and also the omega amount is very good. I add this in water and sometimes just drink it right away. I also like this product because adding it in smoothies is very tasty. Awesome pill form alternative.
