Great way to start the day.

I initiallly bought this a couple years ago while trying to get more vegetable and fruit-based nutrients in my diet. I liked how natural and organic everything is, and the taste was pretty good. I mix it with water and an ice cube, and drink one every day before breakfast. I know some people mix in juice and other things, but I just prefer it plain. Been doing it this whole time, and I've seen benefits already: higher energy, better mood in the mornings, easier to track my eating habits and intake, and better results at the gym (I'm very active throughout the week). I even take this with me when I travel now.

Cleans you out

Garden of Life makes a lot of really interesting and natural supplements, but they are not really that popular. This Alkalizer and detox supplement is a good supp to be taking because it helps make sure you are cleaned out and that your body is utilizing everything you eat efficiently. It is a good supplement to help prevent colon cancer and to clean out your insides. The taste is not great, but it is all natural and the results are what really matters.
