Dosage & Directions

Adults begin with 1 capsule per day with 8 oz. of water of juice and gradually increase to 1 capsule 3 times per day. Best taken on an empty stomach. Not intended for children.

Side Effects or Warnings

As with any dietary supplement, consult your healthcare practitioner before using this product, especially if you are pregnant, nursing or under medical supervision. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.

We store all our products cold in our warehouse. Please note though that probiotics are not shipped with ice packs.

I love this brand

I have been taking the Garden of Life Raw Calcium for a few years and love it. I decided I wanted to try more of their products. This Primal Defense is a great product. I am very pleased with it.

  • Age? Adult, especially over 50.

I Like It

I like this supplement. I researched probiotics because they're alive and natural to the body's already present flora. My clothes fit better and I have a lot more energy.

Fantastic

I use it for many years now. I had IBD and this product is life saver. I take 2 pills at night and I do not have any more symptoms of IBD . It has been like that for last 4 years. This product worked like miracle for me . I would recommend it to use it for anyone with intestinal or immune issues.

Great product

Bought it to improve my immune system. I noticed the difference almost immediately, got more energy , my cold finally went away. Fantastic! I would definitely buy it again!

A Healthy Gut = A Healthy You!

I started taking Primal Defense Ultra Caps about a month ago and I am amazed at the overall results I continue to experience! I have more energy on a daily basis and I never have that "bloated" feeling I use to have. I strongly believe the key to improving a person's overall health is to rid the body of toxins that we ingest everyday by way of food, drink and medications. "A Healthy Gut = A Healthy You."

Stay Healthy!

Use this product on a regular basis. Helps to fight off germs and stay healthy in cold season. Anytime I feel a cold coming on I take an additional one daily and it definitely helps. Only got sick once this year!
