Directions

Great

These chews taste great! I started taking these in order to help with my digestion, because my stool was having trouble coming out, and the times when it came out easily, it was pretty runny. I started taking these chews and it really helped my stool to come out. It also gave it a good healthy consistency. I recommend these to anyone that has constipation issues or any issues regarding using the restroom. They will help clear up your problems, and you will enjoy eating them.
