The good flavor and spray bottle makes it quick and easy to add to a daily routine

I like this form of Vitamin B12 because it is in a liquid base which should make it absorb into the body better. The spray format is easy to use and can be added to a daily routine of supplementation. There are also other flavors I will try next time. Garden of Life has always produced quality supplements and maybe they will come up with a larger bottle to last longer...
