Lemongrass is a topical grassy plant used in medicine, cooking and in essential oils. Lemongrass Oil is extracted from the leaves and stalks of the lemongrass plant and has long been used to treat digestive issues as well as a popular tool in aromatherapy to promote stress relief and to help relieve anxiety and depression. Now Foods Lemongrass has a strong lemon like scent and users find it to be purifying, stimulating and cleansing.
For aromatherapy use. For all other uses, carefully dilute with a carrier oil such as jojoba, grapeseed, olive, or almond oil prior to use. Please consult an essential oil book or other professional reference source for suggested dilution ratios.
