backed by Oz, but not great

This supplement is really not the best for what it claims. I would much rather just take vitamin C for increased immune response or something like instead of this reishi extract. However, the brand is really awesome. I like Life Extension a lot, but this supplement isn't great. This is a really good brand especially because they have vegetarian capsules. My brother is vegetarian, and he could take this no problem. I would not recommend this though.
