used for carpel tunnel syndrom

So about 2 years back now i started a new job very physical and used alot of hand tools within my first 6 months on job i had been diagnosed with Carpel Tunnel syndrome very bad case in my right hand and mild in my left this caused me alot of pain and lack of sleep at night due to numbness and pain it became very hard to work and i had been suggested to have surgery i post poned this as i had just started work and wasnt at the time able to take that much time off work. i spoke with my doctor in a follow up and he suggested taking b100 this product worked wonders after just a few days i would take one pill at night a few hrs before bed and i tell ya it took the pain and numbing away and i was able to get full nights rest. i continue to take this product and still have not gone for any surgery's. i would recommend this to anyone with carpel tunnel syndrome to give it a shot before you decide to go the route of surgery that is not 100% guaranteed to work
