good product

This is a really good product if you are looking to gain the extra edge on fat burning. It is really not going to help you burn much fat if you aren't doing a fat burning diet or a fat burning workout plan. However, if you are already making great progress with your nutrition and work out regimen, it will give you the extra boost that you need. I really prefer to just drink green tea in itself, but if i have no green tea around I will go for this. IT is a quick and easy way to burn more fat.

Don't like drinking the tea version of it.

To have a better health and to sustain it green tea is a must. This is a better way to benefit from it versus drinking it in tea form.
