Best **** for your buck. Love the size and flavors of xtend. Beats drinking water all day long throw 2-4 scoops in a gallon and I'm set. On my 2nd tub don't plan on buying any other bcaa product any time soon

All Flavors are Great!

Got this to help with recovery. I can't afford for my legs to be sore days after a hard lift since I am a triathlete. Also I have problems cramping if I don't supplement with extra electrolytes. Taste is great, not sure why people are complaining about Refreshing Watermelon. I don't think this supplement is worth paying full price for, I got it on sale. Buy in bulk and wait for a sale. I would agree that it helps with endurance in the workout. Combine with a PWO and you'll never want to stop working out. I love sipping on this stuff too throughout the day. Mango has to be one of the best tasting supplements out there.

Consistent results

This bcaa is different from all that you have made , forget everyone else. you need to experience the Xtend of Scivation , this bcaa has striking results compared to many others, you train hard and with a lot of energy at the rate of another level and not only that, it greatly speeds up muscle recovery and so the next day you are ready for another insane workout! I recommend to everyone , greatly improves performance for several goals , I take the Xtend during training or before, one dose is enough.

Lemon Lime

The benefits of Xtend have been covered in other reviews, so I'll focus on the flavour. I usually add a scoop of Xtend to my preworkout. Since I mix my own pre, the Xtend serves to both flavour it and add in BCAA. I find that I can squeeze an extra rep or two out when I have the Xtend, especially when done on an empty stomach. Lemon Lime flavour is a bit harsh though, I must say. I prefer the mellowness of Watermelon or the sweetness of Mango, and I am a fan of Lemon flavoured foods. If and when I order again, it will be one of those two.

Excellent product to use while in calories deficit or everyday use.

I literally sip on this stuff all day long. By far the best tasting bcaa product out. You get no bitter after taste from extend that is usually accompanied by other bcaa products. If you do not eat adequate protein prior to your workout , i would highly recommend Extend branch chained amino acids. An almost necessity for fasted training or while dieting down and in a calorie deficit. Make sure to purchase the largest tub available because the day you run out you may go cold turkey. lol.

watermelon is not string

I think that I should have gone with raspberry blue Xtend but I choose to try out watermelon . at first I didn't like the taste its not string at all but then I kept using it as intraworkout . I notice my pumps lasting linger and fuller also I didn't get cravings and had more energy at gym I got stronger and leaner overall 9/10 but i ll give other flavors a try . would recommend to a friend !!!

Great stuff

I rarely use BCAA, but I have found Xtend to be the best. Recommended especially for IF crowd (Leangains, etc). Favourite flavours are: - Mango - Watermelon - Strawberry Kiwi

The best amino supplement out!

Yep yep! Love this drink very good amino acid profile! Have had all the flavours, so here's my total review of flavours in order! Lemon lime sour: ALL TIME BEST FLAVOUR! It is pretty much a zesty version of lime gatorade/poweraid - Get this flavour if you don't want to take any risks! Green apple explosion: Very very very tasty flavour for you apple lovers out there! refreshing and nice Orange dream: A smooth consistency very refreshing Fruit punch: A smooth consistency very refreshing again! Raspberry blue: A strong 'sweet bitter' type flavour very thick and textured seems to be abit too much colouring in this, You definitely will get sick of the flavour after a few scoops! Watermelon madness: At first few trys you will love this product��_ Although after a week and a half you will love to hate the flavour it is abit like a cough medicine drink in the end.. You definitely will get sick of the flavour! Grape escape: a dull and not so very pleasing flavouring, I really wouldn't take the risk on purchasing this tub unless it is the only tub left in stock! I say it's 'OK' not the best not the greatest !

Aminos + Hydration

When I buy an amino acid product, I always make sure there are electrolytes included and this one fits the bill. With the simple ingredient list, this is something you can sip on at anytime during the day and not just around your workout. Great for in between meals if you need something tasty to sip on. I've tried several flavors and have not had a bad one. This also includes glutamine if you are a fan of it. Like the name says, it can definitely help extend your workout!

muscle retention

I've always been a heavy guy and then I got into lifting a few years ago. I was really apprehensive about trying to slim down as I didn't want to lose my hard-earned gains. Using Xtend as a dietary supplement, I've been able to create a calorie deficit, without saying goodbye to the progress I've made building up some muscle. This isn't a miracle powder. I've still got to watch what I eat and make sure I've got a good balance of protein and carbohydrates in my diet, while destroying myself in the gym, but I definitely feel a difference in recovery and see a difference in my body composition while using XTend. I recommend it to anyone trying to lose weight in a healthy, consistent manner.
