Average at best

Overall, this CGT-10 is just average. It gets the job done, but nothing more. Of all the different creatine products I have tried, this is on the bottom half of the list. I'm not a big fan of Optimum Nutrition products, and this is no different. There are just a lot better options you can get for a similar price.
