Endurance

Beta Alanine is the ingredient in preworkouts that give you muscular endurance. Finding that that was the sole reason I took preworkouts I now supplement exclusively with this. I'd like to keep a bottle of capsules in my gym bag for when I'm heading to the gym from somewhere else, but otherwise I prefer measuring out my own powder as I aim for 3g dosage instead of the 2.25g that these capsules give. I will continue to use this regularly and in place of ready made preworkouts.
