specialized supplement

This is a very specialized supplement. What I mean by that is that 99% of people will not need to take this. If you have terrible memory or believe that Alzheimer's disease is taking effect, then go ahead and try it. It does have vitamin E as well as huperzine, so that comes with its own benefits as well. What I can say is that if you have a bad memory, this will be worth looking into. Nothing is worse than never being able to remember anything, so I would give this a try.
