OK supplement

Omega 3 fatty acids have been shown in some studies to help with anti-aging and to improve cognition. There have been other studies that have shown that these can help to calm down and focus those who have attention deficit disorder. It also has shown to help with natural neurotransmitter release that helps people with their mood and happiness. You probably will not feel much of a difference but could help those who are willing to try something more natural before stronger drugs.

Good Quality, but not Miraculous

Garden of Life Oceans 3 Better Brain is good quality and while not miraculous has really helped augment supplements for my two mid 90's parents
