Only product I buy

I have been buying this product about five years and it is the only product that I drink for gym and pool laps recovery. It does not have any stimulants, but it does have green tea extracts however it does not affect my sleeping if I take this stuff in the evening. Most recovery drinks do not let me sleep because of stimulants and it is hard enough for me to sleep anyway after swimming laps, so I have to be careful what product I use. I usually take this first thing in the morning, and it quickly clears my head.

  • Who would you recommend this product to? I highly recommend this stuff for anyone that is sensitive to caffiene like I am.

Interesting flavors

As you can tell by my rating, I really like this Aminolution. I wanted a Bcaa and after doing a little home work I came across this product and decided to give it a try. I like the overall combination of ingredients and felt it fit into my supplement routine really well. I drink this through out the day as well as during my workouts and I've got no complaints. I even find the taste a bit addicting! I'm a fan of superfruit and watermelon - I can't say anything about fruit punch, because I don't like fruit punch anything! The one thing I will say about the taste is that it seems as though my friends are really divided - you either love it or you hate it (fairly polarizing opinions from those that try it). After my first sip, I thought I made a mistake buying this, but then I kept picking it up for another sip, and another, and another..... months later, I'm still hooked.

Excellent product!

I'd been overtraining a bit so I cut back on my workouts but was still dragging. A friend suggested I try this product and I can't say how pleased I've been with it. My energy levels both during and after my workouts have been greatly improved and there's no crash like you get with energy drinks. Recovery has also improved slightly and the taste is actually very, very good!

Great product!!!

This product does what it says ! It has a great taste & flavor to it. As far as ratio of bcaa it is loaded. Also has eaa unit. Also provides electrolytes in it . Great for me because I work outside in the sun doing construction . Gives me everything I need to push through the day without dragging. Also has helped me lean up

great product!

I wanted to try all three favors and like them all. I like that I get BCAA's & EAA's intra training. Knowing this I really don't get so obsessed if I don't have a post training recovery shake while I'm walking out of the gym. All of body nutrition's products are first rate. I can't wait to see what they are coming with next.

Taste is awesome

Since body nutrition is the makers of trutein, you know this product will def taste amazing. This is a very good BCAA and EAA supplement. It helped me recover faster. The added betainie, and green tea gives you a kick of energy during your workout. Also the electrolytes help you stay hydrated. The 12 BCAAs are great and the mixing isn't bad with a shaker bottle. I take this during intraworkout or pre workout sometimes. I def recommend this product. Give it a try.
