A blend of isolate proteins.

Originally i thought this was a complete whey isolate come to find out it is a half and half mix between whey isolate and milk protein isolate. Just another reason to read the labels very well before purchasing to make sure you are getting what you are looking for. THe chocolate flavor was middle of the road in my honest opinion. Not bad but nothing to be excited about drinking like the original Syntha six is. I did not have a problem with the texture or mixing it in a shaker bottle. A bit on the pricey side for this particular protein.

very good but too expensive

This is a really good protein powder, but it's just too expensive for me. The protein that I use has 30 servings for $36, but this one has 25 servings for about $36. That's just too much for me. Yes, it's a great quality protein, but there are other proteins with the same good quality, and some of them are cheaper.

Syntha-6 Isolate is worth it

This protein is a great tasting, bit pricey protein. Personally I think it is worth the money, because it works and tastes great! If you can afford this, I definitely recommend it!

Great Protein, Great Taste

This is a great protein that covers slow, medium, and fast releasing protein which makes it easy too use all times of the day. I have used multiple tubs of it for post-workout recovery, rest day recovery, and before bed recovery. Both the vanilla and chocolate are great tasting and the results are great. A bit pricey but if it fits your budget it is a good buy and often you can get a good deal on it.

Best tasting isolate

I have used syntha 6 for a long time. It is coat effective and the beat tasting protein out there. However the regular syntha 6 has a lot of fat per serving so I was having trouble using it while cutting. How that problem shake, disappeared when syntha 6 whey isolate came out! This protein tastes just as Good but with only 1.5 grams of fat. It mixes well, has 25 grams of protein per serving and perfect for taking after or before a workout. However, don't think by taking one or two scoops of this product a day will magically make you recover faster. It all depends on the total amount of protein you take in! Along with overall nutrition, water intake and sleep. My only cons with this product is that it is a bit pricey. For about $30 the only get 24 servings per container.also, there are 7 grams of carbs in this product now I usually don't care about carbs for a whey protein shake, but for a whey isolate protein I would think the would recommend be one to 0 carbs. Overall this protein is perfect to use when cutting. I would recommend the regular syntha-6 to use while bulking since do you usually can have more fat. This protein is great but you to be willing to pay a little extra for it.

Syntha 6 Isolate has the best tasting flavor. I get the vanilla flavor and mix with peanut butter, banana, N orange powerade. Its the best tasting protein drink i have tasted. I always recommend this product to friends.

One of the best protien I have ever had

Here is my review of syntha-6 isolate. I have used it about 1-2 times usually 1-2 scoops a pop during my training because I feel that helps me train harder. I can't train on an empty stomach and I feel it helps me not to burn any muscle during my training as well. Then I usually take about a half a scoop to a scoop afterwards instead of taking a full dose after. I feel even one scoop is pretty thick (so if you like thick shakes this is the product to get!). 1 scoop at a time in about 10 oz of water does the trick for me. It gives me the endurance to train as intensely as I need to with the high calories and the sodium and potassium it provides (the sodium gives me the pumps I crave and the potassium helps buffer the cramping). I have not used a tool for mixing a single time so far either, I just dump it in the water and shake it up and there have not been hardly any clumps at all. There were a couple of small clumps in the shake today, but that didn't bother me. It was not that noticeable. As far as taste goes, I have nothing bad to say about the taste either. I think it tastes kind of like how a chocolate bar or brownie tastes. I recommended to everybody looking for good protein powder.
