Whey protein isolate is an ultra-fast protein that gets to your muscles faster than any other protein as well as being low in fat and sugar. Iso-ology adds the ultimate muscle building amino acid, leucine, which has been widely studied and shown to be the key probolic trigger for the building of muscle. Iso-ology contains a massive 5g of leucine in each scoop which means that recovery from exercise and synthesis of new muscle tissue is optimised. Leucine is commonly considered the most probolic amino acid because of its important roles in stimulating muscle protein synthesis via initiating the mTOR cascade, acting as a nitrogen donor to help create positive net nitrogen balance, and producing an insulinogenic response that promotes amino acid absorption.

Very good!

This Iso-ology a very solid whey protein powder! Nothing wrong with this at all! Probably the best thing is the price. For 67 servings, the price is just under $60. That is fantastic! I always recommend buying a lot at one time because you can often get a lot of servings for cheaper than normal. Definitely suggest it!
