vegan protein

This MRM veggie protein is awesome if you are a vegan looking to put on some mass or are just trying to add a little bit of protein to your diet. I am a huge fan of trying to eat more plant based foods in substitute of always eating meat. I really believe that eating more plants is a good and healthy thing to do. One thing about this that is awesome is that it contains omega-3 fatty acids, as well as 22 grams of protein to really help put some muscle mass on your frame.

Great protein source for vegans

This is quality protein. The mix of hemp and chia seed powder provides an excellent amino acid profile. I use hemp protein in my green smoothies which I take in the morning. They make me feel really great. This has omegas, complete protein and fiber all helping to mediate optimal hormonal levels and body fat percentage. Makes me feel like a million bucks. One mix I think is good is a mix with spinach, kale, green tea water, flax seed, garlic and ginger. Now you can remove the kale and garlic and it will taste great. I just chug it down for the nutrients. Is also a great protein to take any time during the day and especially after a hard workout. All in all this is great, I just wish that the price was a little lower. I see there is a bonus now where you can get extra servings to try and taste as well which is good.
