I really like Nectar. It does not have a yucky powdery after taste that other protein drinks have. Plus the calories are very low. I mix it with 8 to 10 oz of zero fat milk in my Niji then add a bunch of ice. Sometimes, I add a little Splenda with instant coffee for a stronger flavor. It makes about two 32 oz glasses. I like to freeze it and eat it as it thaws out too. It is a good product to experiment with for texture and flavors. I have even tried it with peanut butter. It reminds me of Reese candy. You are only limited by your imagination with this stuff.
