Good Egg Protein

This is a great protein for adding to recipes and making normal foods better for your macros. This egg protein comes with no fat and a tiny amount of carbs making it great for those trying to limit their fat and carb amounts during a cut. It is also known to be one of the best complete proteins out there. Downside is it is pricey.

good but expensive

This is a decent egg white protein mix. However, the cost of this is very high. You do not really get many servings for your money, and it is much cheaper to buy whey or soy protein. However, if you need a high quality lactose free protein (if you are lactose intolerant), this would be a great protein to choose. As others have said, the taste and texture of this protein is good and the quality of the packaging as well as the product itself is pretty good.

Mixes well

This product mixes very well. The creaminess of the shake is also very good. I like my shakes nice and thick and mixing this with water is thick enough. Also if you are lactose intolerant, this product is awesome. No milk inside it. Worth to try!
