Good start

In my personal opinion, I believe this product may assist in losing weight, however I cant give this product all the credit because I have been using IF (16 hour fast daily) as well. I have lost ten pounds so far. I am concerned about the stomach discomfort I have been getting while on this product.

I have been using Meratrim for about a week and can def see a difference. Will continue to use it and if I continue to see improvement I will reorder....

Works for me.

I have been using this product for about 6 months according to the directions. I have lost 45 pounds. I also tried to keep from eating more than 2000 calories but did drink beer daily. I also walked the golf course. It really did work for me.

Wow, only drawback...need a new belt!

I take the product daily, not always at each meal, but as I remember and do not have meals close together. I have had substantial weight loss and hardly ever feel excessive hunger. Always can get the help I need from the Foundation quickly and efficiently If I am eating out I put one in a bottle in my pocket and can easily time the usage.Over several months have dropped six inches on my waist.

I saw results in just 10 days!!!!

This product I started taking it after reading an article in a magazine I must say I do exercise daily 1 hour in the gym and I am using it as was described with a healthy diet and exercise....which I normally do..I saw difference in my abdomen I had a small belly pouch due to C-section and is almost gone in two weeks...I am delighted I am going on a overseas trip in a month I think I will look great! Thank You!

So far, no results

I have been taking this product for nearly a month and I have seen no results. One reason could be that one must take this a half hour before one eats, and I generally never know when I'm going to eat, so it's difficult to use as directed. I thought of returning the second bottle that I purchased, but I will give the product another month.
