Is Psyllium Husk Safe to Take?

There's no evidence that taking Psyllium Husk daily is harmful. Fiber actually has a number of potential health benefits including promoting regularity, relieving bloating and it may even help lower cholesterol and regulate blood sugar levels. 

Directions

Vigorously mix 1-2 level tablespoons daily into at least 12 oz. of water or juice and consume immediately. Be sure to drink plenty of additional fluids throughout the day. Start with smaller amounts and gradually increase over several weeks.

I recommend this product

Helps keep me regular!

I've been using this for a couple of years now. I have diabetic neuropathy and suffer from constipation. The Psyllium Husks have been a great help.

Really helpful

Now that I'm older I need a little extra help. Psyllium husk is essential for me to get throughout the day, as it really helps me. I need to mix it and drink it quick though, because it really clumps up. My son also tried putting it in pancakes which worked really well ��� it made them really fluffy.
