High quality glutamine from a trusted source

I was taking this to help fuel a positive nitrogen balance and to reduce cortisol post-workout. I think it helped, but there weren't any really noticeable results @ 2-4g post workout. A lot of bodybuilding/strength training literature will recommend glutamine supplementation, but I imagine that additional protein/food would work just as well or better. I might use glutamine again in my post workout shakes, but I think there are much better deals out there to be found (more grams per dollar). One this that is for sure, though, is that Life Extension is a trusted, top notch brand. I use Life Extension for supplements that really count, or in other words, when I'm really trying to treat something specific.
