Somewhat risky

This is a good product if you are looking for convenience and the fact that creatine has been proven over decades of research. Creatine definitely does work. However, this particular type of creatine has given me the poops. It creates quite a bit of stomach upset, and when you think you have to **** you better go to the bathroom instead. It does work, but it would be best if you took some sort of stomach calmer while you are on this stuff as well. Decent product though.
