Healthy Substitute in place of Unhealthy Sugar

I am taking a major step toward a healthy diet when I substitute this beet sugar in place of unhealthy sugar. My family and I agree beet sugar tastes just like regular sugar. We experience a pleasant taste instead of the revolting taste of most other sugar substitutes.

Now Beet Sugar

I've been using this item for years. I don't eat cane sugar but whenever I need to add sugar to a recipe. I substitute cane sugar with beet sugar. Its chemical structure is the same so it has pretty much the same results in baking but it's easier on the teeth due to the lack of a chemical which is added usually to cane sugar to keep its granulated form. My dentist saw the difference and I saw it immediately on body. Sugar is sugar no matter what so I'm not going to say its healthy sugar but it does lack that chemical which not only effects teeth but also your brain.
