Longer than the “one that got away!"

I use 14 caps for breakfast and 14 at night, about 14 grams a day. If I don’t, I soon get a pain in the gut. The deal is, lots of water with them. They work like a bottle brush in the gut and keep the gut filled. However the fun is yet to come. You will be doing smooth, regular two to three footers once your body gets used to plenty of fiber. I got a friend onto this regime and we hand signal 2 or 3 feet in passing. Of course everyone seeing us think that we are talking about the “one that got away.” There is one more side benefit at this time of Corona Virus and toilet paper shortage. You only need one sheet when you use psyllium. Seriously. On the more serious side, the fiber bulks out a hernia in my gut and that is why the pain goes away. It also reduces blood sugar readings by around 20% as it absorbs glucose from the gut and you get rid of it. Lots of benefits and easy to take. Start with a couple of caps each meal and build up to a comfortable level. We are not all built the same. Finally, Now brand psyllium caps use a vegetable gelatin cap so you are not ingesting porcine or bovine based offal. Yech!!! Been using these for YEARS!!! Best product on the market because of the Vege Caps.
