helps burn fat

This is a decent fat loss supplement as well as a decent pre workout supplement. It will not be anything like taking an actual pre workout, but it does contain caffeine so it will be able to give you some mental focus and clarity. It can also help you burn off some fat that otherwise would stay in your system. You will not be able to tell too much of a difference, but every little bit of fat loss counts and can make a difference.

Solid green tea product

I decided to try this product because I use AI sports for other supps and drink green tea often. I use this both just mixed with water as a tea but also throw it in my protein shakes. It is very good taste and smell and overall a quality matcha product. I use it for energy, antioxidants, and overall general well being and health. I would recommend this product and it is much cheaper than buying single serving green teas etc.

I wouldn't say I was sold on this product. I don't usually take any green tea products, but I gave this one a shot and was deff not sold on it. I didn't like the taste and really didn't feel like I gained any from taking this product at all. unless you just love green tea I would not recommend this product to any of my friends.

very good tea

This is a very good matcha. The smell from it is amazing. How I usually use this product is putting it in water, milk, or bake with it. When making food out of it, it gives a good scent of matcha green tea. I put it in cheescake, pancakes, and even protein shakes. This product is very good!
